We kindly ask that guests RSVP by Friday, March 6th. Any guests who do not respond by the deadline will regretfully be marked as not attending.

Attire

Welcome PartyElevated dinner attire. Polished and evening-appropriate—dressy, but not formal. Jackets or sport coats are welcome, but not required. Wedding DayEvening cocktail attire is requested. Midi or long dresses, elegant jumpsuits, or dressy separates for the ladies and suits for the men. The ceremony is on grass, so choose shoes accordingly.

Travel info

For those flying into the Atlanta airport, please note the airport is about 45 minutes-1 hour from the Roswell/Alpharetta area. We recommend renting a car for the weekend, however, Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area.

Parking

Parking is available next door to the venue at Roswell First Baptist Church. This parking location is coordinated by the venue as there is no parking available onsite. An attendant will direct traffic and rideshares upon arrival.

Details

We have reserved a block of rooms at two hotels in the Roswell/Alpharetta area. The Hamilton is a great choice for those interested in staying in the heart of Downtown Alpharetta. It's walkable to many wonderful restaurants/bars and roughly 20 minutes from the venue. For guests who wish to stay a bit closer to the venue, the DoubleTree Roswell is a short 5-10 minute drive from both Primrose Cottage and the lively Canton Street in Downtown Roswell. There are a limited number of rooms blocked for our guests at each hotel, so we encourage you to reserve your room early! If the blocks fill up, we’ll do our best to secure additional rooms depending on hotel availability.

How to Book at The HamiltonTo receive our discounted rate at The Hamilton, please make your reservation using the link provided below. Click the "Website" button below, then select "Book a Room." The booking portal automatically selects a stay from Friday, April 17th to Monday, April 20th. If you plan to arrive on Saturday, April 18th, simply click "Edit Stay" to adjust your arrival date. There are a very limited number of rooms reserved at The Hamilton for Friday night. We have more rooms reserved for guests on Saturday and Sunday nights. Important Info!All reservations within our block at The Hamilton must be confirmed before February 3rd, 2026 in order to secure the group rate. Parking at The HamiltonThere are paid and free parking options for those staying at The Hamilton. Valet parking is available at the hotel for roughly $42 per night. Alternatively, guests may self-park for free in the 92 Milton Avenue Parking Deck, a public deck only one block from the hotel. Parking in this deck is free overnight for all levels above the ground level.

How to Book at the DoubleTreeThe easiest way to reserve your room at the DoubleTree Roswell and receive our discounted rate is to use the link provided below. Click the "Website" button below, then select "Book a Room." The block at the DoubleTree is set up for Saturday, April 18th through Monday, April 20th. If you choose to book directly through the Hilton website, please use our group code 90W to reserve your room in the block and receive the group rate. Important Info!All reservations within our block at the DoubleTree must be confirmed before March 19th, 2026 in order to secure the group rate. Parking at the DoubleTreeOvernight self-parking at the DoubleTree is free for guests who book within our room block.

The BarleyGarden rooftop is our go-to for lunch at Avalon. Parker and his mom, Amy, are loyal fans of their sandwich "The G.O.A.T.", but you truly can't go wrong with anything on the menu (especially the pitchers)!
